The location was good, but we were disappointed that the 5‑star Gran Lujo rating didn’t match reality. Parking is only available from 8:00 to 20:00; otherwise you have to manage it yourself. The café and restaurant close two days a week. If you want to use the wellness service, they give you a stretcher in a 5 m² gym that has no dedicated space. They put plastic flowers in the rooms as decoration. It isn’t a true Gran Lujo hotel.

The price is 5‑star for a single room. The reception man gives a very poor impression compared to what the establishment is supposed to be.

The overall design and furnishings throughout the boutique hotel and rooms are fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, right next to the magnificent cathedral and the world‑famous Bodega Tío Pepe (Gonzales Byass) and just a few minutes on foot from the old town. The only thing we didn’t like was the rooftop pool – it’s very small and not deep enough to swim.
