The staff were friendly, the apartments were nice and clean, and when we asked about the water we found it wasn’t hot, but they fixed it quickly. The breakfast was very filling and the selection was good.

We stayed with a group of girls and we really liked it – the first day was spent at the pool. The area is beautiful with rose bushes, the staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are hearty. The pool area is also very comfortable and doesn’t feel crowded.

Breakfast was tasty with generous portions, the rooms are convenient, and there’s access to a pool area. Overall, a good experience. When we called about the booking they said we’d have two pool passes for two days, but when we arrived they said only one – not a big deal but a bit disappointing. The staff are polite, but the waiter in the restaurant seemed annoyed, with a “we’re full” expression and no response when thanked. It felt like a lack of hospitality and a busy work vibe.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is great with a pool and a kid’s zone overall 👍. Breakfasts are very filling and tasty. Everything was very pleasing. The only small inconvenience was a squeaky floor in the room 🤭

I was greeted by a friendly woman named Victoria. The hotel felt cozy because the staff make it that way. The guys and girls really look after the guests. When I checked in, I had a few questions about the room, so I asked Victoria and everything was sorted in a flash, like she was a fairy in this hotel. The place is new, clean, with a nice fresh interior. They provide bathrobes (I love them) and that’s a pleasant surprise; the sheets and towels are changed daily if you need it. Expect large portions, one might feed two people. The waiters are very pleasant and polite. I just don’t get why they need to stand around when no one is there or when there are no orders; personally, a waiter sitting isn’t a problem for me, but that’s a nuance for those who set those rules.
