The place was absolutely filthy, every single minizimmer was in a state of extreme grime, nothing positive to mention.
The staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman at reception who welcomed me and ensured I had everything I needed; the hotel is clean and tidy with the right amenities, making it a great choice for LHR – I’ll definitely return.

We needed a quick bed near Heathrow after a flight cancellation and found one here; we had to be back at the airport by 5:30 am, so we appreciated the comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and the bus stop directly opposite, from which we reached Terminal 5 in about 15 minutes; it was fine for that purpose, though you shouldn’t expect too much; check‑in was very friendly, check‑out was contactless and we were allowed to leave the key in the room; some reviews complain about people who are “stänkern” or simply expect more than what’s offered.
I booked last minute after the Heathrow flight hiccup, arrived late, and the warm greeting made the situation feel less bad; the place was spotlessly clean and I’ll stay here again for early flights instead of a chain hotel.
