“Overall good experience”
The location was great and the bed was comfortable, yet the staff at check‑in were unpleasant.
“I'll never go there again..”
Everything was bad: the place was dirty, had bugs and mold, and every time I was inside I felt stuffed up with a runny nose.
“I check in and then immediately asked for a refunded.”
Nothing good; the whole building was gross. The room itself was so dirty.
“We just mainly stayed here fore to help my son move to his new apartment.”
The location was good and the front desk person was nice, but the property itself was only okay, not great. With no elevators, my knee problems made the stairs a real hassle. The building was not clean and felt rugged.
“Place needs to be shut down. Was your days in 1301 town Vancouver.”
I disliked everything. The main check‑in person charged me extra for carpet cleaning that I had already paid for, ripped out parts of the building, and I ended up paying more. The first room he assigned had a door that wouldn’t open unless I pushed too hard, was dirty, with broken lampshades, dressers, beds, and bathrooms. The second room, on the way up to the second floor, had a hole in the floor, ceiling towels hanging off, mold on the roof and walls from water damage, a broken door, cum stains on the blanket, broken bathroom tiles, a broken sink, broken light fixtures, broken dressers, and a mess of tweakers everywhere, with people smoking weed in the hallway and a pipe.
