Hotel JAL City Fukuoka Tenjin

“my mom and i came to visit japan for our vacation and it was very memorable. Thank you!”

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere and facilities were great. We were booked into a room that smelled bad, but the staff moved us to another room immediately, and you could tell the new room was clean from the start.

“Nice location with adequate facilities and friendly staff but in need of cafe adjustments.”

I love the spot—walking to cafés, restaurants, and coffee shops is a breeze. The hotel staff are friendly, speak plenty of English, and are helpful. The café, however, is a constant hassle: it shuts between meals, so I couldn’t get coffee for a business meeting and was told to leave because they pause between breakfast and lunch. A small coffee corner near the entrance should stay open for meetings even if the main café is closed. The hotel caters to business travelers, so this lack of a quick meeting spot is poor service. Also, there are no drawers for clothes; after a week I had to lay my clothes on the floor, which is unacceptable.
