Location, cozy, quiet neighbourhood. Everything from check‑in onward was smoky on the first floor. I booked a room for three people, but it was set up for two, so two of us had to sleep on one bed and one pillow. It seemed like the bedding hadn’t been changed at all, the room wasn’t cleaned, there was dust on the floor, on the wardrobe, and there were no shower amenities in the bathroom. Toilet paper ran out on the second day.

Beautiful, clean large room, beautiful bedding, large wardrobes, fridge, terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a shower, a small sink, no shelves. Good communication with the owner, everything explained, keys in a box so you can arrive anytime, but you must leave by 10 am, after which cleaning arrives. Overall nice, sufficient. I recommend it. In the bathroom the outlet is broken, unsafe. There isn’t much parking space. The floor on the terrace is wobbly in places. The surroundings of the house aren’t very tidy, the garden is untrimmed, trees are dry. But that’s not related to the room.

It was good, the walk was nice and the route was clear. No curtain in the window, there were side curtains but none in the middle. Loud conversations of Ukrainian women on the floor above, fish smell after 10 pm, otherwise about the same. In the kitchen there were no paper towels, no paper handkerchief.
