The host was super friendly and gave loads of local tips, even helped book a parking permit. Breakfast was a treat – fluffy scrambled eggs and homemade jam. The room had a mini‑fridge stocked with water and beer, and all the dishes were ready to go. The only downside was the location; it’s decent but the area can get pretty noisy.

The place is warm and spotless, and Marianne is incredibly sweet and thought of everything you’d need. The only hiccup is the internal stairs to the top floor, but once you’re there you have your own little floor with a big bedroom, balcony, a lounge with a sofa, TV, fridge, and a spacious, clean bathroom with a comfy shower.
