The rooms were spacious and clean, with good bathrooms that made a comfortable stay for my family; the lobby was decent. However, the bedsheets and towels felt rough and torn, and the bed itself was too soft, so it wasn’t suitable for older guests or those with back issues. The Wi‑Fi was weak.

The cleanliness and staff service, especially during meals, were both excellent and made the stay comfortable. The bed had plenty of cushions, which was a big plus.

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding; they brought extra towels for the pool and were attentive at the restaurant, which was very helpful. Because we had children, they assigned us a bathtub room, and we enjoyed a rare soak in the tub. The complimentary water at the restaurant seemed to be filtered mineral water, so the kids could drink it safely. The hallway and interior had a bit of age, but cleanliness was maintained and repairs were evident, so we felt secure during our stay.

The entire hotel smelled of mold, indicating a clear moisture problem. Our first room was so bad we had to change rooms; the second room also smelled but was tolerable. Instead of fixing the issue, they just painted over the mold. The price‑quality ratio is poor; for that price, you expect better.
