Very kind and helpful staff, truly clean, modern furniture, beautiful bathroom, coffee, cocoa, water, and a fridge available, groceries 200 metres away, dog‑walking area on the estate, parking, great price/quality ratio. The shower had weaker water pressure, the exterior and beer hall were on the ground floor, and the Wi‑Fi was weaker.

The pub had a great vibe, the place was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was quiet, but the bed wasn’t entirely comfortable and I felt the price didn’t quite match the standard.
