For the first time in a long while we could appreciate all the hotel services, which were of great quality with no faults. The reception service is a plus. Nothing else, just keep it up.

The availability and friendliness of all staff, especially María González, made our stay very pleasant by arranging a surprise in the room as requested via email. The housekeeping service was excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets were always full and satisfying. The paid parking is very convenient. A closed‑in SPA‑style relaxation area would be handy for guests when the weather doesn’t allow a beach visit.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful and smiling. The activities are varied. The dishes offered at the restaurant are very varied and of good quality. We can serve ourselves as many times as we wish. Everyone finds a dish they like. Children are welcome, and the hotel is equipped to receive them. The noise!!! The dining room, which is very large, is louder than a college cafeteria, sounds echo, chairs lack cushions. Meals are taken in deafening noise… I regret choosing a room with the bubble bath on the terrace. There is no privacy; rooms above have a drop‑in view of our terrace, and the bath is not at all a jacuzzi. Aside from shower bottles, shampoo, after‑shampoo, and body lotion, there’s no set with toothbrush, cotton balls, cotton swabs.
