We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights and the stay was super comfortable; the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. Mr Lama is an extraordinary human being, warm, and cordial, making the overall stay peaceful and happy. The dining area looks great and the food quality is excellent. However, there are about 25/30 steps downhill to the hotel, which is difficult for senior citizens to walk.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were warm, courteous, and always ready to lend a helping hand. The manager was particularly efficient, taking extra care to ensure that all guests felt welcome and supported. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the beautifully maintained grounds were a delight to explore. The chef prepared delicious, healthy meals that were a highlight of my stay.
