My stay here was absolutely flawless - everything went smoothly and met my expectations. The staff, the room, and the overall experience were all top-notch. I didn't encounter any issues or problems during my stay.

I had a somewhat underwhelming experience at this hotel, mainly due to the dull breakfast offerings, which I only tried once. The hotel itself seems to be in need of a revamp, particularly in terms of its amenities, such as the shared toilet and shower facilities in certain rooms, and the outdated TV system that failed to provide full DStv channels during a major sports event. As a sports enthusiast, I was disappointed to miss out on watching the Soweto Derby match due to the poor TV quality.

I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel, with excellent breakfast options and friendly, helpful staff. However, I was initially assigned to a room that was part of a communal setup, which could have been awkward if I had encountered the other guests. Fortunately, I didn't run into them, so it didn't end up being an issue.

Unfortunately, my stay here was marred by unfriendly staff and management. I didn't feel welcome or supported during my time at the hotel.
