We booked two nights with breakfast included, but the hotel offered none of those amenities. No breakfast, no bath kit until we kept asking all day before checkout. We had to buy food outside because the hotel had nothing, even though they claimed otherwise. There was no room service, no remote, and the mattress had stains. Reception never answered calls, so we had to walk in every time we needed something that wasn’t available.
