The staff was amazing. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The whole floor smelled of marijuana. The lady at the desk was very friendly and accommodating and upgraded our room to another floor. Upon leaving the other lady was friendly and made sure we were ok with the upgrade before we left

I've had consistently great experiences at this hotel in Defiance, Ohio. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is also a highlight, and my family enjoyed spending time together in the pool. Overall, it's a reliable choice for a comfortable stay.
