We were thrilled with every aspect of the hotel – it looked stunning, felt cozy, and the staff went above and beyond. There was nothing we could criticize; our stay was flawless and truly memorable.

The structure was very comfortable and the location was good. The room was very spacious, the bathroom large, the bed comfortable. Parking was easy. The reception staff didn’t speak English and wasn’t very helpful when we asked about city attractions. Breakfast wasn’t very varied; I missed fruit and vegetables.

The location was great, with plenty of sights within walking distance. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with a mini‑bar, tea and coffee facilities, a powerful shower and free toiletries. Breakfast was great and private parking was available. The downside was not having control over the air‑conditioning; it was centrally managed. It would have been better if each room had its own control. We kept having to ring reception to lower the temperature, which they eventually did.

The location is perfect, close to most tours. The breakfast, however, was disappointing: it was sparse, looked old, and felt like you were paying for the pretty courtyard instead. Coffee costs extra, and there’s no coffee in the room.

The hotel sits in a great spot with valet parking right next to the underground lot, which is handy on Main Street. The downside is that it’s on a busy road with all the usual tourist amenities and sights nearby.
