A Wonderful Stay at Santorini Hostel & Restaurant I had a really pleasant stay at Santorini Hostel & Restaurant in Białystok. The place has a welcoming atmosphere, and what makes it truly special is the people who work there. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Jagoda, whose warm personality, kindness and great sense of humour made us feel at home. Her personal approach made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed the food. Everything contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is always a pleasure to meet people who treat their guests with such warmth and sincerity. Thank you, Jagoda, for your wonderful hospitality! I would gladly recommend this place to others. Whenever I visit Białystok again, I will definitely stay here!

The exterior looked decent, but that was about it. We were supposed to stay, but that never happened. First, a staff member pushed us away, saying “a lot of people are coming” and implying other guests weren’t important. We wanted to park in the middle spot to make it easier to unload luggage and a child in a car seat, but she wouldn’t allow it and shouted that we must move the car before even checking in because other guests were arriving. Later we discovered the room we had booked had already been rented to someone else, and no one had informed us. We were given a different room that was supposed to have a private bathroom—something we paid extra for—but it had a hallway bathroom instead. In the second room, the bathroom was as expected, but the room smelled bad and had mold in the bathroom. The hallway had some boards and other items that shouldn’t be there. While walking to the rooms, we passed a hall where an event was supposed to happen—we had to go between guests who were about to sit down. My mistake was paying on the spot and then reconsidering. We returned the keys and found a better place. I know it was meant to be just one night, but after leaving I didn’t want to go back.
