The front‑desk team was very pleasant and smiling. The hotel was very well located for tourist visits. The room was a bit small. The hotel was nice and well located.

“Dream stay in New York in the best located hotel!”

Our room was super comfortable and the pillows and bedding were amazing. The staff were always kind and available. We were also able to leave our suitcases at reception on our last day so that we could keep exploring the city. The best part was the location! I wasn’t expecting it to be in such a strategic position, right next to 5th Avenue and the Empire State Building but yet in a quiet street. 10/10, would definitely recommend to everyone and would love to go back and maybe stay on a higher floor for a better view. Nothing :)

The location is excellent, close to Times Square and Fifth Avenue. The breakfast is excellent, the staff are pleasant, and the room service is clean. Only the bed isn’t that comfortable, everything else is great.

Everything looked pretty new and well maintained. The rooms are very small for 4 people.

Great location, the Empire State Building view rooms are worth it. If you’re from the UK, bring your own tea bags for breakfast for a good cup. Overall, for the size of the room and the cost, it’s very well priced. Breakfast is basic but hot and fresh. Nothing really to complain about, yes breakfast could be better, but you would be paying more money for the room for this.
