I enjoyed the lounge, the free table tennis and darts, and the comic room. However, a single person used two or three cushions in the comic room, leaving none for us. It would have helped if there had been a sign indicating one cushion per person.

The meals were delicious 😋 The room was spacious and relaxing. The outdoor hot spring in the large bath was a real treat, and the activities were plentiful, making the stay enjoyable. The interior and exterior look a bit old, and the bathroom in the room still has an old Western-style toilet.

All‑inclusive service, attentive staff, a well‑stocked drink bar, spotless rooms, the hot‑spring egg and the tantan noodles were all highlights. The cleaning was thorough and the place felt very clean, yet the wallpaper was peeling, the shoji showed clear tears, and the sink had cracks, giving a sense of age; I also wish the drink bar had provided trays.

The bath was wonderful—clean and left my skin feeling silky. However, the staff I passed by were unfriendly, offering no greeting, riding the elevator while checking phones (probably housekeeping), and never smiling; it felt like they were just going through the motions without any courtesy.
