“Perfect.”
I stumbled upon this gem and it turned out to be a perfect hotel with a stunning private pool. The value for money is unbeatable, and the spot is just 15 minutes from Ubud center. The cafe at the back offers the best view, and the prices are incredibly cheap—definitely try the burgers. Everything was perfect.

The staff were nice and the location was great, and there’s a fantastic little supermarket on the opposite street.
“Serenity in a semi-rural location”
This place is delightful, set in magnificent gardens that feature a bridge over a gully to rice fields beyond and a collection of Instagram‑worthy spots. The rooms were comfortable and clean upon arrival, with all the necessary fittings—TV, fridge, tea and coffee, a decent shower, and a comfortable bed. It was a bit hard to find the reception; you have to locate the restaurant at the rear of the property. The location sits on a narrow street, making it difficult to get anywhere without a car or a bike.

The staff were friendly and the price was good, plus the restaurant offered an excellent view of the surrounding landscape. However, there were a few power outages on one of the days, and during those times the internet went out as well.
The staff were incredibly helpful, the grounds were beautiful, and the food was delicious. It was very quiet and peaceful, so I’d definitely stay there again.
