The staff were genuinely friendly and kept everything tidy, which made the stay pleasant. My only gripe was the lack of any storage – no mini‑closet or fridge, so with the heat the drinks I left in the room heated up way too fast. Otherwise, clean and courteous all around.

The personnel were polite and helpful, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the room itself was pretty dark and the TV was dead, making it hard to relax in the evenings. A bit of a let‑down after the good service.

Service was spot‑on, the hotel sits in a handy area, and the staff were genuinely friendly throughout our stay. I felt well taken care of and appreciated how easy it was to get around from there. All in all, a smooth experience.
