The room was clean and well kept, and there was no traffic noise. The location is great, just a half‑hour walk to the waterfront. Parking was easy and a good value for the money. Breakfast and parking were included. The staff were friendly, especially the lady at breakfast. I couldn’t fault our stay.

The hotel was nice, clean, and in a good spot. However, our room faced the street and a street light was right outside the window, making it noisy. The curtains weren’t blackout, so the room stayed bright all night.

The room was nice and parking was included. There were no lifts in the block we stayed in. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but all seven of us in the dining room were told there was no buffet and we could order from the menu instead, which was fine. Then we were told only one drink—either coffee, tea, or juice—was available, not a hot and a cold option. No table was happy with that. Management could have set up a drinks station and it would have been a nice gesture to offer cereal, fruit, and a toast stand; we could still order cooked items but having self‑serve options would complement the meal. We were the only Kiwis in the restaurant and the other travelers couldn’t believe it.

Everything was great. The shower was amazing and breakfast was top notch. The parking space was very cramped, so good luck trying to fit in at night, lol.
