The host is very friendly and even helps plan trips and arrange car rentals. The facilities are relatively new and clean, and we stayed in an 8‑person room that was likely a former sauna. The overall décor is nice, and the common area is large. There are two sets of kitchen utensils; people who enjoy cooking eggs appreciate that we carefully stocked the fridge with eggs, though it’s a small charge and still cheap. I don’t see anything that needs improvement; it would be even better if POS accepted Union Pay.

Having three showers and three toilets was a plus. I stayed in the room for the first time and it was a valuable experience. The washbasin was missing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged everything for me; I felt very safe and the place was spotless.

The host lady was very kind and assisted with booking tours, the beds were extremely comfortable, lamps and chargers were positioned at every bed, the lockers were large enough for luggage, the kitchen was well equipped and roomy, and the bathrooms were immaculate; I loved staying here and would definitely come back if I return to Karakol.
