The owner was extremely courteous when I inquired, and my family of six enjoyed a comfortable stay. He really listens to guests and is earnest about making improvements, so I expect the place to get even better. The downside was that the fridge was shared and someone was cooking late at night, which was noisy. I let the owner know; if I return next time he should have addressed it.
