I can’t rate the accommodation because, despite having a reservation confirmed, the manager told us on arrival that they were fully booked and offered us another place in central Permet, which we declined. We chose to find our own lodging to avoid further disappointment. Still, we returned the next day for the rafting activity and everything went very well.

The view was great. The tents were very basic, though they did have a fridge; no glass, plates or opener were available.

The location was exactly where you can raft from, which was fantastic! Not all safari tents were finished and available for rent, but the staff were not a problem. There was no pool or other cooling facilities on site, which was disappointing. However, thermal baths were only a 15‑minute drive away.

The view and the cats and dogs were lovely. The tents were new and clean. We had very few facilities (and little shade from the sun), no basic supplies in the tent (like a kettle or cutlery), the tent was literally empty, and there was no hot water, so showers were cold.

The surroundings were beautiful, with plenty of water‑sport options. The people were super friendly. We stayed a week in a glamping tent that had no kitchenette or anything similar, but we could order food from the staff. You do need a car.
