The staff at this hotel were very helpful, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The location was not as advertised, which resulted in me incurring extra taxi fees. The bed was uncomfortable due to a cheap spring mattress, and the washroom was dirty. Overall, my stay was disappointing.

My stay was marred by the lack of basic amenities, including a TV, which was a major disappointment. The water tank was emptied late at night, leaving me without access to water. To make matters worse, there was no bottled water available. The hotel's overall experience was subpar, and I was thoroughly unimpressed.

I've never seen a hotel as terrible as this one. The hotel's condition is deplorable, and it's a shame that it's still operational. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to provide basic services. The hotel's overall maintenance is severely lacking.

Unfortunately, my experience was marked by bad service from the staff. They seemed uninterested in helping me, and it took a lot of effort to get even the simplest tasks done. The hotel's overall atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel's name was different from what was listed on the app, which already set off alarm bells. The bathroom's tap and geyser didn't work, and everything was disgustingly dirty. To top it all off, when I tried to order breakfast, the staff told me they didn't deliver food and I had to order from outside or use a food delivery app.
