It’s a fantastic hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was superb! I’ve been here for 16 days now and everything is great. There’s even a free laundry service with washing machine and dryer. I didn’t like that my reservation through that portal never arrived at the hotel. I booked directly with the hotel, which was much cheaper than that site… The customer service replied too late, so I had to cancel the booking. I’m lucky! Now the hotel keeps all the revenue and doesn’t have to pay the ridiculously high commission to B. 😉
