The reception staff was excellent, the breakfast was great, and everything was perfect!

The lodge itself is decent and the location is good, but the service was terrible: the host was unfriendly and very rude, the staff were not at all courteous or professional, and I had an issue with breakfast when the employee abruptly took away our coffee before we finished eating. I do not recommend it.

The location is outstanding, right above the Americanas store on Rua das Pedras; I’ve never been so close, the breakfast is wonderful, the staff are very kind and helpful, and I will definitely return!

One of the best locations in Búzios, a comfortable room, everything else is very good, but it could use an extra Wi‑Fi router in the hallways.
