Nothing. I looked at the hotel and decided not to stay. I didn’t like anything.

The breakfast spread was thorough and the staff were attentive; they also offered afternoon tea. The room was roomy and came with thermal sheets. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and no counter to store toiletries. During cleaning I found hair on the sheet and the pillows were not fresh.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the place was spotless, and the mountain view was stunning. I loved it, came with my kids, and will return soon.

I liked the location and the cleanliness and service, the mattress is thermal and very warm, the breakfast is simple but offers plenty of variety. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that it’s close to Capivari.
