Undoubtedly, the staff—every single one of them, from Iben to Laura and Nivi—made sure I wasn’t just staying at a “hotel”, but rather in a home, thanks also to the owners, Klaus and Anita, who were 24/7/365 sure I was properly catered to.

It’s hard to judge. The place is new. The location feels more like a bed‑and‑breakfast than a hotel, and it’s pricey. The staff are friendly, but the vibe is more hostel‑like than hotel‑like.

Greenland is stunning. The advertised airport shuttle doesn’t exist—my attempts to book one failed and I was told to take a taxi. It’s not a deal‑breaker, but if a shuttle is advertised it should be available.

The hotel is a short walk—about 20 minutes—from the city centre. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The pillows were noticeably stained and the pillowcases kept slipping off; one of the bed covers also had a stain. Aside from that, the room was very clean and well equipped.
