The place sits in a gorgeous spot, but the staff count was too low and they seemed clueless. We were attending a wedding and the reception told us early check‑in was impossible, even though the phone said it was allowed. The bartender was juggling over 100 guests. The wedding coordinator only arrived 90 minutes before the ceremony. The bride’s breakfast arrived partially, with the rest arriving two hours later.

The property was ok, modern and up to date. The room was too cold, the heater didn’t work, the bathroom was awful and dirty, and the sink had a big crack in it.

The room was very nice—a twin room facing the lake, large with a good shower. Breakfast had a good selection. It was very close to shops and the lake. The spa was very good.

Location was good. The beds were not comfortable at all; we got no sleep, and the room smelled absolutely disgusting—wet and damp. The room was tiny, the breakfast was absolutely disgusting, and the staff were not helpful at all. When I spoke to Patrick about the problems, he was uninterested, said they would sort it, but nothing happened.
