The Hotel Zamora

“We were very happy we picked this hotel, it was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!”

We loved everything about Hotel Zamora and will definitely return; the room and beds were very comfortable, the entire property was impeccably clean, the food was great, and the service was absolutely amazing—Sim at the front desk and another helpful lady at night (name escapes me) were both fantastic, the restaurant staff were very nice, Gideon took us to and from the beach and was phenomenal, the beach ride is just a short 2‑minute walk from the hotel, and the Asian valet assistant on our first night was very kind and helpful; I can’t recall everyone’s names, but overall it was an amazing experience—no complaints, everything was 10/10!

“OK But was better when there was beach access”

The hotel offers free kayaks, but on my second stay I wasn’t told that the street crossing to the beach was closed until I checked in, meaning if you want to watch the sunset you have to take a taxi or pay for parking and drive, and the shuttle service ended at 6 pm.

“Exceptional and will definitely be back”

Everything was perfect: the staff were brilliant, the food awesome, the room spacious and lovely, and they even offered a free ride back to the beach—nothing to complain about.

The appointments were lovely and the staff was amazing, but the place needs a few minor fixes—there’s a cracked sink, a stained sofa, and missing lightbulbs. Those small issues pull it from very nice down to top tier.

The establishment was clean, high quality, and had excellent service. The beach isn’t very close, and there’s no nearby passage, but the hotel offers a transport service that takes you there, which solves the problem.
