“A good experience!”
The spot was spot on for getting around.
I was put off by finding two spiders, one on the curtains and another on my bed.
The bathtub bottom was way too slick and slippery; without a safety bar to grab, I probably would have fallen.
“Won’t stay here again”
The TV and its shows were good, and the bed was clean and comfortable, but the room itself was not cleaned properly—coffee grounds were left in the pod holder, and the pods were torn through the packaging and filter, letting grounds spill everywhere. Every corner of the room seemed to have months of accumulated dirt and debris. The toilet seat was broken, which felt like a safety concern. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and both bedside lights were dead. Seeing a room in that state made me question how well the rest of the property was maintained, and a quick walk around confirmed that someone there needs to learn how to clean.

The rooms were newly renovated upstairs, but there was no elevator, so I had to haul a few items up from the car because of my husband's recent back surgery. A young woman asked for money in the parking lot upon arrival—apparently drug money—and at 3 am police were called to a domestic‑violence situation across the hall where a woman screamed for over an hour as if she was being attacked. The front desk called the police twice, which terrified my children to death.
