Everything was great.
“Nice boutique hotel with swimming pool and spa”
The room was spacious, quiet, and featured a balcony with a stunning mountain view; I also liked that the hotel offered a swimming pool and a spa area with saunas.
“Very positively impressed”
The architecture is very nice, the infrastructure is great, and the taste is good. If you want a real hotel room with high quality, we warmly encourage you to go there!
“Pour la piscine !”
There are two hotels; I’m talking about the Eden Spa Garden in the second building. Parking is in front of the hotel and access is easy. Lidl and Mega Image are a few minutes’ drive away, and the Park restaurant—considered the best in Campulung Moldovesc—is also a short drive; it takes 30 minutes on a lit sidewalk if you’re drinking. The room is large and beautiful, with an enormous bed and a separate toilet. It’s clean and pleasant. The balcony comes with a table and chairs. Breakfast was decent (bread, butter, jam, pastries, yogurt, fruit). The pool was nice to use in the late afternoon. However, there’s no drying rack for pool clothes, and it’s hard to set the water temperature. On the second day the whirlpool didn’t work. The hotel lobby feels a bit abandoned, and the restaurant room could use more lighting in the morning when it’s gray. The music is too loud, and the front‑desk staff don’t always speak a language other than Romanian. A light in the dressing area without a door turns on at any time, which is very annoying at night, even when the walls are shaved.
“Super”
The rooms were clean and spacious. I knew when I booked that I had a balcony, but it didn’t appear in the reservation details. I finally received a room with a balcony, but there was a discrepancy between what was written before booking and after.
