“Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage zum Zion Nationalpark. Sehr empfehlenswert!”

The location is great! Right in front of the hotel is the shuttle bus stop to Zion National Park, which is very convenient. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We also ate well at the restaurant, and breakfast was excellent. A perfect starting point for a visit to the national park! Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in the room rate, and the internet upload speed could be a bit better.

The room was beautiful, impeccably clean, and the views matched the website photos exactly. However, there were few extras for the price, and most downtown spots were out of walking distance; the shuttle only ran until 8 pm.

“I expected significantly more”

The staff were kind, but we’re used to higher European standards, and for the price we expected better. We had to skip breakfast because the espresso/cappuccino machine was broken, and the selection was surprisingly limited for a high‑level hotel. Lighting in the parking area and the room access was very poor, and there was no help with luggage even though the room was hard to reach.

The hotel had a shuttle right in front of the building. Every staff member was passive and indifferent.
