I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Freya; the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit — I absolutely loved them! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip, giving them a well‑deserved 5 stars. Nothing at all was wrong — everything was great.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple for my birthday and our first trip to Istanbul was amazing. The staff was exceptional: caring, available, and always smiling, with real personalized service, especially for my birthday, which made the stay even more special. The rooms were superb, comfortable, and very clean. The location was ideal for exploring the city. We enjoyed the stay so much that we even decided to postpone our departure to make the most of it. A huge thank you to the whole team for making this experience so memorable; we’ll return gladly!

Very good location for tourist sites and the metro stations. Property was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent especially the manager on the front desk

The people were friendly and helpful, but we had a scary incident in the lift when a stranger harassed my girlfriend as we rode up from breakfast.
