The location is great and staff were pleasant. We stayed in a Chelsea Suit, and honestly it really wasn’t worth the upgrade. The room was very tired and old. Very small too. The mattress was 2 twins pushed together which left a very hard line straight through the middle. Stains on the carpet from radiator leaks. Just very small, old and tired

The location is excellent with many great restaurants within walking distance, though the old‑English charm and breakfast options were a bit limited.

The hotel is in an excllent location. My wedding party stayed at the hotel the week end of my wedding. Not only did the hotel staff fail to give us any special treatment for the occasion, as promised, but the cleaners threw out my wedding flowers the morning of our wedding because they were in the bathroom. I was extremely distressed on my special day because of this. In response, the hotel offered me a continental breakfast as compensation, but, as they knew, it was useless because I don't live in London. Mistakes happen; this one was devastating, but failing to offer appropriate compensation is appalling service. They clearly didn't care
