A warm welcome in a hostel that exudes positive vibes. The staff are amazing, especially Ahmet who made my birthday so special, and Neegiz Irem (plus the person with blue eyes whose name I don’t know) for breakfast and gifts. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Kadiköy’s nightlife yet surprisingly quiet. The single room is huge and very nice for a hostel, with a functional kitchen and a fridge. Ferries are a 10‑minute walk away (I even caught the sunset on arrival) and there are several metro stations (I came straight from the airport). The kitchen is hard to cook in, but it has the basics to warm up food, and I spent most of my time at Leylak Kitchen, which offers the best value for money in all of Istanbul and has a fantastic team.

A relaxed hostel, laid‑back guests, and laid‑back staff. You can feel a genuine sense of comfort right away as a solo traveler.

Great location, the hostel was clean, and the people running it were very friendly. The Wi‑Fi only worked in the hallways; inside the rooms it didn’t work, so you couldn’t use your phone from the bed, for example.

A fairly large room, a nice spot, and very friendly staff. The mattress was a little too soft for my taste.

People and customer service were good. The only downside was the wait for laundry.
