The room, the front desk staff, and the manager were all good. What was behind it and beside it was not mentioned.

The staff were friendly and efficient given the late arrival time. There was no soundproofing at all, so we could hear everything happening in the corridor and in the room next door; there was mold in the bathroom (please replace the caulk). The lighting didn’t work well with the open‑concept layout, as light from the bathroom leaked into the bedroom through the connecting window.

The building’s exterior looks nice, but the location is a let‑down: the first‑floor room is in a terrible spot with a view of the grange area and parking, and the carpets are stained. The receptionist was not very polite.

I had a terrible experience: my check‑in was scheduled for 3 pm, but the room wasn’t handed over until 7 pm, which caused me a lot of discomfort and wasted valuable time. I hope the hotel takes action so other guests don’t suffer the same thing.
