The scenery with a view of Mariazell is beautiful. The staff were really nice. Even though we came late to order dinner it wasn’t a problem and we ate great. The food was really excellent. Every day the room was cleaned and tidied, and everything was clean. The carpet on the floor was like new. There’s also a pool and sauna. The beds are comfortable. The kids were quite noisy, but that’s something you have to expect in such a hotel.

The hotel is set in greenery, a quiet place a bit off from Mariazell. The food selection is good, breakfast and dinner feature regional produce. Some minor repairs and functional checks (e.g., hair dryer, door locks, tap) should be carried out regularly. Staff should be trained in German or Austrian German.
