We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Mount End Hotel. A special thanks to Madushan for his friendliness, helpfulness, and ensuring our comfort throughout. We also appreciate all the other staff for their kindness and hospitality; everyone made us feel welcomed and we truly valued the excellent service. We look forward to returning.

The room and balcony view were great, but we ran into misinformation about the train schedule. It would help to be more informative for guests, although we finally caught the train one minute before departure.
