The courtyard is gorgeous with a seating area, the staff is very kind, the breakfast is fantastic, and the rooms are thoughtfully detailed.

The house stands out because it’s tucked away and very old, yet beautifully renovated; it’s stylish without being overdone, with small touches like the lovely 60s‑era TON chairs in the breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. It’s located right in the city center yet remains quiet, fitting well into the overall artwork of Znaim. We were a bit disturbed by construction noise, but the owner handled it immediately and in a very friendly manner when we mentioned it.
