The staff, especially Vangie, were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is within walking distance to the Mall of Asia. Convenience stores and restaurants are close by. A few tiles in the bathroom had block spots, but overall the place stayed clean.

“Condo by the mall.”

Being close to the Mall of Asia and IKEA was convenient, yet public transport to other parts of the city felt a bit unreliable. Vangie's assistant greeted us and guided us to the room, which seemed well equipped and reasonably priced. The room felt smaller than I expected, similar to other nearby condos, and a strong chemical scent from the cleaning agent lingered. The next morning a tiny cockroach appeared confidently from under the fridge. It wasn’t clear whether we had pool access or not. The A/C was quite powerful for the small bedroom, so I had to toggle it on and off at night despite the temperature dial. I also expected powdered tea or coffee for breakfast, which was a deciding factor for me when choosing this place.

“Very accommodating and Vangie was responsive to my issues”

The balcony offered a view of the Mall of Asia, and the front door was right next to several restaurants and a convenience store. A hybrid washer/dryer was included for laundry, and the electric stove, plates, and utensils meant I didn’t need to buy plastic cutlery or paper plates. The TV didn’t support any casting, and it simply wasn’t working.

The location was great. The only downside was that there was no restaurant on site.
