1. Staffs are super friendly and professional 2. The souvenir shop is cute and stocked with great products. 3. Hotel itself is beautiful. 1. We love the massage chairs but we think it’s should be time restricted. There was someone who occupied it for so long that people were waiting for a long time to use it. 2. Breakfast is a bit disappointing. We wished there were more choices

The whole place feels like a high‑end hotel, with excellent service and food, and the shuttle bus stops right at the front entrance, which is very convenient. It’s a shame there isn’t more advance information about monthly events so guests could plan ahead.

The cleanliness was impressive and the amenities were plentiful; the large public bath was spotless with good water quality, and I was pleased with the meals. No complaints.
