The house’s size for eight was perfect, the sheets were already set up when we arrived, each of us had soap available, I had to call on‑call and the gentleman was very pleasant and professional—thanks to him.

The pool is a plus, yet the reception was absent even during the advertised 2‑hour window, the self‑check‑in system failed on arrival, nearby services were non‑existent, street lighting was almost non‑existent, air conditioning was only in the lounge (rooms were hot with no A/C or ceiling fan), and the spa couldn’t be used.

We enjoyed an amazing stay at the resort—everything was spot‑on and we truly loved the experience. A huge thank‑you to Mounia, who was always available, kind, helpful and attentive to our needs; the whole team felt warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home, and we’ll definitely return. The only downside was that the accommodation was a fair distance from the parking area.
