The room was absolutely filthy, the shower head was moldy, there was moldy coffee available, the heating didn’t work, it was cold in the room, the owner and her son were very unpleasant, and the information was false – the terrace isn’t available, the restaurant isn’t available, the room equipment doesn’t match, a small table is missing, there’s no kettle in the room, the trash bin isn’t emptied, the closets are dirty, the beds are hard, the walls are rough, the carpet is dirty, and it leaks into the room. The worst stay I’ve ever had.
