The location was excellent, right in the heart of Gurnee Mills. Room service wasn’t available every day.

The staff were very friendly and would help whenever we needed anything. The pool was a little cold.

The handicap room had an open shower floor drain that couldn’t handle the water flow; the shower water went from hot to cold in minutes without moving the flow handle, and the bathroom door handle came off.
