The hotel’s location is great, right next to Anashopping. The room came with a fully working fridge, the air‑conditioning was chill and super quiet, and the shower was hot. Front‑desk service was also praised. The parking is covered! I have nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn’t included with the booking; you have to pay an extra fee to access it.

Breakfast was very simple, with constant requests for refills and very little variety. My room was full of mold, with mildew in the bathroom and even cockroaches in the drain, and the box bed was damaged and extremely uncomfortable. When I asked the staff, they told me I’d have to pursue my rights, violating not only tourism ethics but also consumer protection laws, especially since the photos on the booking site were nothing like what I found on the ground.

The organization, cleanliness, and reception staff’s politeness (both night and morning) were commendable. The only issue was that breakfast isn’t included for stays with this rate.
