“Freddo”
The guy who welcomed us was very friendly and kind and even put some decorations on the bed. He seemed very upset about the cold and the icy water… I should note that we had the LUXURY tent. The driver was uncooperative, did not easily accept changes to the program he had personally chosen (the type of restaurant, the visit not included at place x, etc.). We went in December, so it was cold; the tent had no heating, had a gas heater that had to be removed at night, so in the morning we were frozen. The tent for dinner or breakfast, in turn, was not heated and was open. The toilet facilities were subpar. There was absolutely no hot water, even though we had pointed out the issue. We had planned sandboarding but because it was raining hard we thought it was “right” to move it to the next day when the forecast was only sunshine. We had to discuss a bit with the driver about this, because he thought he was messing up the plans, even though we had already told him we did not want the two extra visits he had proposed and that we had plenty of time. In fact we arrived at the destination even two hours earlier than what he had scheduled.
