“Poor accommodation. Not worth the low price”

This place is a total dive, and the low price doesn't even begin to justify it - it's not even close to a 4-star experience. The "rooms" are on the top floor of a crumbling building in a dirty alley with no sign, and the elevator is a nightmare. You get up there and it's like a maze of messy rooms with weird connections and basically no amenities - dirty, unsafe, and imagine showing up at 3 am.

Even the taxi driver could find this dump, which is pretty telling. The place was a total scam - it wasn't anything like the listing. The communal terrace was a disaster, with someone sleeping on it at night, and the room was missing basically everything: no soap, hairdryer, toilet paper, desk, coffee maker, cups, or hot tub. The shower was gross, with hair from the last guest, and the stairs and toilet were filthy.

The location was great, with the pyramid right nearby, but that was about it. When I arrived, I was told to cancel my booking, which was weird. They cut my stay from 4 nights to 3, then asked me to switch rooms - but didn't offer any refund. And get this, breakfast didn't start until 8:30am, but I didn't get there till 10am. Needless to say, I checked out early.

The place is amazing - super clean and tidy, and the location is right near the pyramids. The owner, Mr. Islam, is incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn't have any issues at all.
