When I checked in I was given detailed instructions, even a video call and chat to explain how to enter the room, which was simple for me even though I’m not very tech‑savvy—top! I had a small parking issue, but the neighbourhood was friendly and the apartment owner gave priceless advice pointing out a convenient underground parking spot only 80 m away—thanks a lot, I’ll definitely recommend it and will book the same spot if I return! I had trouble opening the shower tap…🤣 fixed after a few moments!

“Ottima esperienza”

The room was fairly large, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was functional with a large shower and a handy sink that had enough space for toiletries; overall the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the street parking is very difficult due to the location.

“Do not go there.”

The owner only talks through WhatsApp, which made it hard to get into the apartment at first. The toilet lid was broken and barely usable. Things got worse at night: at 3 am, 4 am, and then 5 am the neighbors—also owned by the same person—made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. When I messaged the owner at 6 am, he sent me an email saying we had not checked in. I asked why, and he said he would refund us if we declared a no‑show. After we left, he claimed we were the ones disturbing the neighbors and refused the refund. I explained what happened, but he wouldn’t listen. He only offered a €25 credit to my booking account. It was a sad end to an otherwise nice trip to Sardinia.

The spot was perfect for our needs and the room was really comfortable. I only had one issue: I was assigned room 5 but the app opened room 3. I fixed it by using the single key that was in the room.
